Ramon Chen

Ramon Chen, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished leader in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Director, Regional Delivery Lead at Nokia since January 2018. With extensive experience in program management, Ramon oversees the integration of 5G Cloud and Classical gNBs for Verizon's commercial rollout, as well as multi-layer optimization strategies utilizing Machine Learning to enhance network performance. Prior roles include Director positions at Alcatel-Lucent, where Ramon led various wireless professional services, network transformations, and optimization projects across major public venues. With a strong foundation in wireless technology deployment starting from Lucent Technologies, Ramon possesses a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and teams, supported by an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
