Tomas Nilsson Rofes

Tomas Nilsson Rofes is currently the Vice President of Performance & Total Rewards at Nokia, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Tomas served as the Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at Sandvik from May 2009 to January 2022, leading a global team responsible for compensation, benefits, and mobility across 150 countries while aligning efforts with the company's strategic direction. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant at Towers Watson, focusing on executive compensation in the Nordic region, and as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included managing cross-border moves and designing incentive plans. Tomas holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax from Stockholm University and has studied international tax and law through the Erasmus program at Radboud University.
