Sari Akola

Sari Akola currently serves as the Senior Financial Controller at Nokian Tyres plc, a position held since April 2020. Prior to this role, Sari worked as the Chief Accountant at Fibox Oy Ab from October 2017 to April 2020, managing accounting functions, book closings, salaries, and taxation. Sari also accumulated extensive experience at WorkPower Oy as Finance Manager from August 2005 to October 2017, overseeing finance operations, cash flow planning, accounting, budgeting, and serving as Secretary to the CEO. Earlier roles include Accounting Assistant at UPM Raflatac and Bank Employee at Tampereen seudun osuuspankki. Sari holds a Tradenomi degree in Accounting and Finance from Tampere University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics at Tampere University, having previously studied at the University of Eastern Finland.
