Xavier Richard

Xavier Richard has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Xavier has worked at Nokian Tyres plc since 2017, where they had various roles including Head of Global Supply Chain Planning and S&OP, Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Development, and Senior Manager of Supply Chain Design & Development. In these positions, Xavier led teams, developed and implemented supply chain programs, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to working at Nokian Tyres plc, Xavier worked at Nestlé for several years, where they held roles such as Nordic Demand Planning Manager, Demand Planner, Supply Network Planner/Project Manager, and Project Manager. In these positions, they managed teams, optimized inventory, and coordinated product launches.

Xavier Richard attended EPF Engineering School from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Master's degree in General Engineering with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In 2007, they also briefly attended Tampere University of Technology, participating in an International Business Simulation program.
