Horacio Garza

Horacio (Trey) Garza currently serves as General Manager at Nolan Ryan Brands since October 2022. Prior experience includes a role in meat purchasing at Labatt Food Service from June 2019 to October 2022, and participation in a leadership program at H-E-B from June 2018 to June 2019. Academic background includes a Master of Science in Animal Sciences from The Ohio State University, where involvement encompassed research, extension, and teaching, along with coaching the Meats Judging Team in 2016 and 2017. In addition, a student internship at RYC ALIMENTOS S.A de C. V included conducting product quality research, overseeing HACCP operations, and directing audits of retail products. Trey's educational journey began with a degree in Animal Science, specializing in Meat Science, from Texas Tech University from 2011 to 2015.
