Calvin Pahnke has extensive experience in project management and operations support, currently serving as TDC Operations and New Project Support Manager at Nolato since January 2017, focusing on new product development and sustainability for North American facilities. Prior to this role, Pahnke worked at Phillips Plastics from 2011 to 2016 as a Project Manager and Project Engineer, overseeing medical components from inception to production. Pahnke also held positions at MacLean Fogg Company from 2005 to 2011 as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Production Manager, managing tooling and production operations. Earlier in the career, Pahnke served as Production Supervisor and Journeyman Toolmaker at Newell Rubbermaid from 1991 to 2005. Pahnke holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Upper Iowa University and an Associate's degree in Machine Tool Techniques from Madison Area Technical College. Additionally, Pahnke has served in the Army National Guard.
