Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson has extensive work experience in supply chain management and logistics. Tom is currently serving as the Head of Business Solutions at Nomad Foods, where they are leading the digital transformation of the company's supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing operations. Prior to this, Tom worked at Amazon in various roles, including Senior Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization Manager and Regional Head of IT PMO for Europe & Middle East. Tom was responsible for optimizing supply chain processes and managing the installation of IT infrastructure for new Amazon fulfillment centers. Before their time at Amazon, Tom worked at Jula AB as a Supply Chain Manager, where they led a major transformation project and implemented a new forecasting and distribution optimization tool. Tom also served as the Group Logistics & Purchasing Director at ASKO APPLIANCES AB, overseeing the order-to-delivery process. Tom began their career at International Automotive Components as a Logistics Manager and Site Champion. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Analyst at John Lewis and as a Supply Chain Consultant at Syncron.

Tom Anderson has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management and Supervision, which they obtained from the University of Skövde from 1991 to 1995. Tom also has a Master (M.Sc.) in Management with Supply Chain degree from the University of Lincoln, which they earned from 2020 to 2021. In terms of certifications, Tom holds a PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from the University of Westminster, which they obtained in 2018. Tom also has a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification from APICS, which they acquired in 2015. Additionally, they have obtained the Generative AI at SAP certification from SAP, with the year of completion unspecified.
