Eduardo Baer

Eduardo Baer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eduardo is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Nomad starting from March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Product Officer at Petlove from January 2021 to May 2022, where they focused on improving the well-being of pets. Before that, they co-founded DogHero in 2014, an organization dedicated to providing pet services in Latin America, where they served until January 2021. Eduardo also pursued an MBA at Stanford Graduate School of Business from August 2012 to June 2014. Eduardo gained experience as a Product Management Intern at RelayRides in 2013. Additionally, Eduardo has a strong entrepreneurial background, having founded and managed various companies such as IFOOD.COM.BR and IFOOD AG. DE SERVIÇOS DE RESTAURANTES, where they played key roles in product development, business planning, and fundraising. Eduardo also worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where they contributed to projects related to sustainability, agriculture, and telecom. Starting from 2002, Eduardo served as an events manager at Fea júnior USP, where they organized various business events and competitions.

Eduardo Baer completed their education with three degrees in the field of business and marketing. From 2002 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Concurrently, from 2002 to 2006, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Social Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
