Paula Skiba

Paula Skiba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and administration. As the founder of Etual Group since October 2014, Paula has also held the position of CFO at Diagonal Minds and nomadic since June 2017 and November 2020, respectively. Previously, Paula served as CFO at Fig and Grape from October 2021 to September 2022, and as Productora Asesora de Seguros at ADVISOR´S from April 2014 to September 2022, providing advice on general and life insurance. Paula's earlier roles include being the Gerente de Capital de Trabajo y Abastecimiento at ALL - América Latina Logistica Argentina from October 2009 to June 2014, overseeing purchasing, supply, invoicing, collections, and supplier payments, as well as support for management control and financial planning. Prior experience includes commercial management roles at America Latina Logistica and administration at Blockbuster. Paula holds a degree in Licenciatura en Administración from Universidad del Salvador, completed in 2005.
