Eugene Bouter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eugene currently holds the position of Senior Account Executive at Infradata since September 2019. Eugene Bouter attended OSG Johan van Oldenbarnevelt in Rotterdam from 1981 to 1988, where they completed their VWO (Voorbereidend Wetenschappelijk Onderwijs). Following this, from 1989 to 1994, they pursued a Baccalaureus degree in Commerciële Economie (Commercial Economics) at Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam (HES).
