Magdalena Pająk

Magdalena Pająk has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Magdalena currently works as the Head of People at Nomios since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Hexaware Technologies from April 2018 to January 2022.

Before joining Hexaware Technologies, Magdalena had a long tenure at SEB, where they held the position of HR Manager from October 2006 to June 2017. During their time at SEB, they gained extensive experience in the B2B industry, specifically in corporate banking. Magdalena was responsible for all HR aspects of the organization and had a positive attitude and problem-solving approach. Magdalena demonstrated strong managerial skills, with over seven years of experience in administration. Their expertise included various HR functions such as recruitment, HR compliance, coaching managers for leadership development, conflict resolution, change management, and acquisition activities. Magdalena also acted as a management consultant and advisor, collaborating with the management board. Additionally, Magdalena contributed to performance management, training and development initiatives, compensation and benefits, as well as payroll and HR administration.

Earlier in their career, Magdalena worked as an Office Manager at Young & Rubicam from June 2001 to October 2006.

Magdalena Pająk completed their Master's degree in Political Science from Wyższa Szkoła Humanistyczna im. Aleksandra Gieystora w Pułtusku between 2011 and 2013. Magdalena then pursued a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2013 to 2014. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Metoda OKR w biznesie" from ValuesFirst in May 2022.
