Matvey Teplov has a diverse range of work experience in the field of networking and project management. Matvey began their career as a Network Engineer at Tatincom Cellular Communications Company in 1996 and worked in various roles until 2000. From 2000 to 2001, Matvey worked as a Network Consultant at Mascot Systems where they built and supported LANs and WANs. Matvey then joined BinckBank/AOT Derivatives as a Network Designer/Engineer, where they led projects for online trading networks.

In 2005, Matvey joined Shell IT International as a Senior Network Designer/Network Project Engineer, where they designed and implemented networks for global pipeline manufacturing and LNG facilities. Matvey then moved to UPC Broadband = Liberty Global in 2007, where they held roles as a Senior Network Support Engineer/Senior Network Project Engineer and later as a Manager of Advanced Network Support and Project Manager.
