Willy Verplancke

Willy Verplancke has a diverse range of work experience spanning several decades. Willy started their career as a Software Development Engineer at Bell Telephone in 1982 before moving on to Motorola Codex in 1985, where they worked in pre-sales technical support functions. In 1995, they joined Cisco as a Consultant for ATM Technology, and over the years, they took on various roles within the company, including System Engineering Manager, Manager of Solution Development, and Director of System Engineering. Willy played a significant role in driving the development and implementation of innovative technologies and services, such as cloud and managed services, virtualization, and smart city solutions. In 2016, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Altran Belgium & Luxembourg. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Business Development Manager at Flowmon Networks, where they were responsible for developing the company's business in Belgium and Luxembourg. Finally, in 2018, they joined Infradata as a Senior Account Manager. In 2022, Willy Verplancke retired from their professional career.

Willy Verplancke completed their Master's degree in Electronics Engineering from Hogeschool Antwerpen, a four-year program that took place from 1976 to 1980.
