Irwan Mohd has a diverse work experience in various industries. Irwan started their career as a Flight Steward at Singapore Airlines in 2008, where they provided premium hospitality and ensured passenger safety onboard. After that, Irwan worked as a Technical Support Advisor for iOS at Apple in 2014, handling phone support duties and resolving technical issues for customers. Irwan then joined Singtel as a Technical Support Engineer, providing remote customer support and diagnosing complex technical issues. In 2015, Irwan worked at the National Gallery Singapore as a Visitor Experience Ambassador, facilitating group visits and enhancing visitors' experience. Irwan also co-owned The Natal Spa, where they managed a team of post and pre-natal therapists and provided home services to expecting and new mothers. From 2017 to 2019, Irwan worked at OxPay Financial Limited as a Technical Support Engineer, offering installation services and troubleshooting customer issues. Irwan then joined Wirecard as a Technical Support Engineer for Merchant Services in the APAC region, where they provided integration support, post-production support, and handled operational tasks. Currently, Irwan is working as a Technical Support Engineer at NomuPay.
Irwan Mohd's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Temasek Polytechnic and obtained a Diploma in Mobile and Wireless Computing in 2005. Following this, they pursued further studies at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from 2016 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
In addition to their formal education, Irwan Mohd has also obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they completed the "Managing DNS Essential Training" course offered by LinkedIn. Furthermore, in July 2020, they successfully completed two courses: "Intro to Linux Shell Scripting" from Udemy and "SQL Masterclass: SQL for Data Analytics" also from Udemy.
