Robert Frank

Robert Frank currently serves as Principal at Exact Leaders, specializing in the transformation of healthcare businesses and guiding organizations through crisis and turnaround situations. Since 2023, Robert has also held the position of Interim Chief Medical Officer at CommonSpirit Health. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Robert has been a Board Member and Co-Founder at Avidhrt Inc since 2016, contributing to advancements in remote physiologic monitoring. Robert's prior roles include Corporate Chief Medical Officer at several healthcare organizations, including Pipeline Health System, Hygieia, Ampersand Health, and Meridian Health Plan, as well as CEO and CMO at Wayne State University Physician Group. Robert's educational background includes a Fellowship in Cardiac Surgery from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, a Leadership Program from Brandeis University, a Residency in General Surgery from the State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn, an MD from Hahnemann University, and an A.B. in Biology and Biochemistry from Brandeis University.
