In his previous role at a large national nonprofit, Antonio maintained a track record of spearheading national organizational development strategies that contributed to the growth of an existing membership base consisting of three billion dollars in annual revenue across 2700 U.S.-based locations. Antonio has engaged in DEI work focused on improving multiple levels of organizational functioning from personnel development to business model redesign to meet the needs of evolving customer groups. Antonio has extensive experience facilitating national DEI workshops in a large nonprofit organization in addition to serving as an adjunct faculty member leading graduate-level courses in Global HR, Managing Organizational Diversity and Organizational Leadership.

Antonio holds an Associate of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in General Psychology from Purdue University in addition to a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Ph.D. in Business Psychology both from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. When asked about a fun fact about himself, he takes pride in the fact that he has never once lost his keys or his wallet.
