Fred Dudley

Fred Dudley has a diverse work experience in various roles within the supply chain and procurement field. Fred is currently the Vice President of Supply Chain at Noodles & Company since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Earl Enterprises as the Group Vice President of Purchasing from March 2019 to January 2023 and as the Vice President of Purchasing from July 2018 to March 2019. Before Earl Enterprises, they held positions at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. including Director of Global Procurement from August 2014 to July 2018, Director of Supply Chain Management from August 2012 to August 2014, and Senior Supply Chain Manager from August 2010 to August 2012. Fred also worked at Bausch + Lomb as the Manager of Sourcing and Procurement from September 2004 to August 2010. Fred started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Buyer from March 2002 to September 2004 and as a Senior Buyer from March 2000 to March 2002. Fred's early experience includes various financial analyst roles at General Motors from October 1990 to April 1994 and various senior financial analyst roles from April 1994 to March 2000.

Fred Dudley has a strong background in business administration and management. Fred completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 1985 to 1989. Fred further pursued higher education in the same field and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university from 1989 to 1990.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Fred Dudley also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Ford Motor Company, which they obtained in May 2004.
