Zell Henderson

Regional Director Of Operations, West at Noodles & Company

Zell Henderson has extensive experience in the retail and restaurant industry. Starting in 2009, they worked for Walmart as a Supercenter Assistant Manager and later as a CO Manager. In this role, they led a team of managers and associates and oversaw training, inventory control, scheduling, promotions, and compliance.

In 2016, Zell joined Noodles & Company as a General Manager and Multi Unit General Manager. They worked with field and restaurant operations teams to develop training strategies and talent initiatives. They also played a key role in integrating Noodles & Company's culture and values into day-to-day operations.

In 2019, Zell was promoted to Area Manager, where they led operations in Southern California and the San Francisco Bay area. They focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience and managed culinary operations, labor scheduling, inventory management, restaurant marketing, and P&L.

Most recently, Zell served as the Regional Director of Operations for the West at Noodles & Company. In this role, they provided strategic leadership to ensure an outstanding guest experience and an inspiring culture across the region. They worked with the executive team to shape and execute the company's strategic direction.

Zell has also served as a member of the Inclusion and Diversity Advisory Council at Noodles & Company.
