Molly Jaffe

Molly Jaffe is a Design Manager at Noom since January 2021, leading design for the Medication, Coaching, and AI teams, and has played a pivotal role in creating the in-app user experience for Noom's D2C GLP-1 medication offering. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at Better.com and Handy HQ, respectively, where Molly focused on feature improvements in various products. Earlier career roles encompass UX Designer at Vetty, UX Consultant at Authorea, and several merchandising positions at Lord & Taylor and Abercrombie & Fitch. Molly began professional experience with internships at Capital Alpha Partners, LLC, Calvert Street Group, and The Case Foundation. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University, completed in 2013.
