Scarlett Jenkins

Scarlett Jenkins is a Design Engineer currently working at Nooshee. Prior to this, Scarlett established 'Innovating Cakes' as a small business owner, offering online baking classes for children. With a background in website design at Sidcup Auction House and a role as a Systems Engineer at ARRIVAL, Scarlett is experienced in various fields. Scarlett also founded and coordinated the Sidcup Mutual Aid group in response to the pandemic. With a Master's degree in Engineering Design and Manufacture from the University of Nottingham, Scarlett brings a strong educational background to their role as a design engineer.
