Emilie Viala

Emilie Viala serves as the Directrice générale for Noovimo Sud Ouest and Gérante at Home Land Transaction since May 2015, focusing on ethical practices and client satisfaction within a supportive real estate network. Previously, Emilie was involved in various roles, including Responsible for Human Resources and a member of the executive committee at Auxiliaire System from 2005 to 2022, managing client relations and contract administration. Emilie's career also includes experience in network development at LPF immobilier conseil and social relations management at companies such as Bausch + Lomb and Sanofi. Emilie holds a DESS in strategic management of human resources from Isem Montpellier and a Maitrise in private law with a focus on social and labor law from the Faculty of Law Montpellier.
