Eduardo Goya has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Eduardo began their career in 1992 as Financial Controller at Toyota Spain. Eduardo then moved to Allied Waste in 1997 as a Senior Financial Analyst, SEC Reporting. In 1998, they joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as Senior Vice President, Latin American Group. In 2011, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Conduit Capital Partners, LLC. In 2013, they were appointed Managing Director at A.S.E Investment Holdings. In 2016, they became Chief Financial Officer at Remezcla. In 2017, they joined ASE Capital Partners, Inc. as CFO & Advisory Board SaaS Start Ups. In 2018, they became Chief Financial Officer at both nOps.io and nClouds.

Eduardo Goya obtained their Juris Doctor from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in the field of Law & Business degree from 1985 to 1991. Eduardo then completed their Master Taxation at Centro Estudios Financieros from 1993 to 1994. Following this, they obtained their MBA in Finance from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion in 1994 to 1995. In 2019, they became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Arizona, which they remain to this day.
