Michael DuGally has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Michael co-founded and served as the Managing Partner at BASCOM LOGISTICS CORP., a company that provides specialized logistics and brand management services for global e-commerce companies. Prior to that, they co-founded NorAm International Partners, Inc, where they worked as the CEO and played a key role in developing the company's asset recovery and logistics services. Michael also co-founded Elovations Services Group (ESG), where they served as the CEO and managed the export logistics for e-commerce export sales.

Michael DuGally has an extensive education background in various fields. Michael began their education at Whitman College from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Politics and English. Following that, from 1994 to 1996, they attended the Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance and Integrative Management. More recently, in 2023, Michael enrolled in the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
