Joshua Marsh has extensive experience in the IT field, serving in various roles since 2011. Currently, Joshua is a Field Service Technician at Noramtec Consultants Inc., specializing in training IT personnel at Corning Inc. Prior to this, Joshua worked as a Network Technology Specialist at Greater Southern Tier BOCES, focusing on desktop support and network troubleshooting. Joshua also served as an On Site IT Technician at Alstom, supporting over 400 users with comprehensive desktop assistance, and as a Network Technician at Shell, managing support for a customer base across multiple locations.
