Derren Jackson

Derren Jackson is a seasoned technical support engineer with extensive experience in the security and fire detection industry. Currently employed at Norbain SD Ltd since March 2015, Derren provides technical support for a variety of products, including VISTA XENO QULU VOLO. Previous roles include installation, service, and commissioning engineering positions at FTS and First City Fire & Security Ltd, as well as an installation supervisor role at Protec Fire Detection PLC. Derren also owned Captive Systems UK Ltd from 2004 to 2010 and worked as an engineer at Cannon Security and The Co-operative Group earlier in the career. Derren's educational background includes attending Highfield High School in Blackpool from 1981 to 1986.
