Monte Young

Monte Young has extensive experience in the cabinetry and manufacturing industries, currently serving as Project Manager at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Monte Young held various positions at Mid Continent Cabinetry from 2006 to the present, advancing from Plant Manager to Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Continuous Improvement, as well as Territory Sales Manager since March 2014. Monte Young also served as Director of Continuous Improvement at Wellborn Forest Cabinetry from October 2021 to October 2022. Earlier career experience includes plant management roles at MasterBrand Cabinets, Frigidaire Corp., and scheduling at Glacier Vandervell. Monte Young holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa, earned between 1979 and 1984.
