Dominik Nawacki

Dominik Nawacki is a seasoned professional in service delivery and operations management with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Service Delivery Manager at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, since November 2020, Dominik has a strong focus on end-to-end delivery for Data Services, ensuring compliance with SLA and KPI standards. Prior to this role, Dominik spent over a decade at Capgemini, where positions ranged from Operations Delivery Manager to Infrastructure Team Manager, gaining expertise in managing data services and technical teams. Dominik holds a Master's degree in Marketing, Management, and European Integration from Katowice Business University, attained from 1999 to 2005.
