Olesya Dovgan

Olesya Dovgan has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Olesya started their career as an intern at The National Bank of Uzbekistan in 2004. From 2005 to 2005, they worked as a freelance consultant at J.B. Consulting & Investment ApS. In 2008, they served as a student assistant at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) EMBA Office, where they assisted with administration, marketing, and sales activities. Olesya then joined SimCorp in 2009, where they held multiple roles including Request Manager, Business Consultant, and Senior Business Consultant. At SimCorp, they were involved in customer service, project delivery, and client relationship management. In 2019, they joined Nordea Asset Management as an IT Governance Officer and later became the Head of IT & Data Governance. In 2021, they returned to SimCorp as a Senior Manager, EMEA Managed Services before transitioning to their current role as Head of IT & Data Governance at Nordea Asset Management. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in IT and data governance, customer service, and project management.

Olesya Dovgan has a diverse education history. Olesya obtained a Graduate Diploma (HD-O) in Organisation and Management from Copenhagen Business School in the years 2014-2016. Prior to that, they completed their M.Sc. (cand.merc.) in Economics and Business Administration from the same institution from 2007-2009. Olesya also pursued additional courses at Copenhagen Business School in 2006, including electives in Economics and participating in the Summer University program for Economics. Olesya Dovgan also holds certifications in SimCorp Dimension and Financial Instruments from SimCorp A/S.
