Janusz Stepien

Janusz Stepien is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various prestigious financial institutions. Currently serving as a Strategic Project Leader at Nordea since March 2024, Janusz previously held the position of Principal Consultant and Program Manager at Brickendon Consulting, where responsibility encompassed transformational projects for large international clients. Notably, Janusz was a Global Program Manager at Citi, where management included significant Anti-Money Laundering initiatives.
