In this role, Adam specializes in scouting underappreciated talent globally to promote potential stars in European football. Concurrently, Adam contributes as a Live & Video Scout for 360 Scouting, collaborating with an Eredivisie club to evaluate promising young talent in Germany. Adam's analytical expertise extends to DAZN Germany, where contributions include data-driven content for football programming. Previously, Adam held the position of Lead Video Scout for FC Dinamo Tbilisi and served as Editor In Chief for Breaking The Lines, overseeing a team to produce a comprehensive EURO 2020 digital magazine.
