The Football Operations team at Nordensa is responsible for identifying and recruiting top young football talent globally to bring them to Europe for trials. The Cofounder/Chief Football Officer oversees strategic direction, the Sporting Director coordinates with clubs to understand their specific needs, Talent Scouts use advanced algorithms and scouting networks to find suitable players, and the Football Consultant provides expert evaluation and advice on player potential. Together, they ensure a seamless process from discovery to trial, all at no cost to the clubs.
