Szymon Olko

Szymon Olko has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology management. Szymon has served as the Director of Engineering at Nordhealth since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Opera as the Director of Engineering, where they were responsible for leading engineering teams and implementing best practices. Szymon also worked as a Software Development Manager at Ryanair and held the role of Director of Engineering at Talpa Soft Sp. z o.o. and GCDF. Szymon has experience in team leadership, project management, and implementing agile/scrum methodologies. Szymon has worked for companies such as Credit Suisse, SMS Kredyt, Primocollect. Receivables Center, and 123Kredyt.ua in various technical roles.

Szymon Olko completed their education at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business in 2016, where they pursued postgraduate studies in Project Management. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they attended the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, earning a master's degree in Computer Science.
