Tom Murtaugh

Tom Murtaugh serves as the Director of Portfolio Operations at Nordic Capital since October 2024, following extensive experience in various senior operational roles. At BigID, Tom held positions as Senior Vice President of Global Business Operations and Vice President of Go-To-Market Operations from February 2021 to October 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Field Operations at Collibra and Senior Director of Global Business Operations at AppNexus, where responsibilities encompassed commercial compensation plan design, territory management, and sales operations. Additional experience includes roles at ADP, Deloitte Consulting, and The Alexander Group, focusing on sales effectiveness, compensation design, and strategic project management. Tom earned an MBA from Drexel University and a BS in Economics from Penn State University.
