Jimi Metz

Jimi Metz is an experienced leader in the food and restaurant industry, currently serving as the VD/CEO of Nordic Fast Food AB since January 2023, overseeing the Sibylla chain of 130 fast food restaurants and the Grillköket concept. Prior to this role, Jimi Metz held various positions at Waynes Coffee, including Head of Franchise & Development and Head of Global Franchise. Jimi Metz also led MrCAP as VD, where unique premium car care products were developed. Other notable roles include VD/CEO and Master Franchisee for Dunkin' Donuts in Sweden, and Franchise Business Manager at Texas Longhorn. Jimi Metz's career began in the kitchen as a head chef, and relevant education includes a culinary degree from S:t Göran Hotell och Restaurangskola, alongside leadership training from Styrelseakademien and UGL.
