Chelsea Ranger is a dynamic leader in the health and life sciences sector, currently serving as the Founder and Chairwoman of Women in Life Science Norway (WiLD Norway) since January 2024, focusing on empowering women in the Norwegian ecosystem. In addition, Chelsea is the SPARK Norway Project Coordinator at the University of Oslo, collaborating on blood-based tests for early cancer detection. Chelsea also holds mentorship and leadership roles with the Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship (NOME) and RAB Diagnostics, specializing in investor relations and business development. Chelsea has a robust consultancy background with C. Ranger Consulting, and previously contributed to the Life Science Cluster and EIRA Accelerator in various investor relations capacities. With degrees in Health Sciences and Pre-Medicine from the University of South Alabama and Spring Hill College respectively, as well as language studies, Chelsea Ranger demonstrates a strong commitment to advancing health technology and fostering entrepreneurial growth in the Nordic life science landscape.
