Sara Fooladi

Sara Fooladi has a diverse work experience. Sara started their career in 2007 as a Team Leader and then became an Operational Manager at Gröna Lunds Tivoli. Their responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing a team of 200 employees, and conducting training and feedback sessions. In 2015, they transitioned to Åhléns AB as a Store Sales Advisor and later became a Department Manager, focusing on team development, achieving store goals, and implementing sustainability measures. In 2017, they joined Gröna Lunds Tivoli AB as an Operational Chef, responsible for various managerial tasks. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Staffing, Recruitment & Talent Management at Nordic Retail Group.

Sara Fooladi began their education journey in 2004 at Östra Reals Gymnasium, where they studied Natural Sciences. Sara completed their secondary education there in 2007. Subsequently, they pursued higher education at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, from 2008 to 2016, where they obtained a Master's degree in Biotechnology.
