Claire Staple

Claire Staple has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Claire began their career as a Partner in the Corporate Department at Elliott Duffy Garrett, where they worked from 1998 to 2013. Following this, they joined the Directorate of Legal Services, Business Services Organization, serving as a Solicitor Consultant and advising on healthcare technology contracts and procurements for Health and Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI) from 2014 to 2022. In 2015, they also became a Member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal Northern Ireland, a role they held until 2022. Moving forward, they joined Choice Housing Ireland Ltd as an Audit & Risk Committee Member in 2020. In 2022, they became the Operations Director (Ireland) at Cloud21 Ltd until 2023. Additionally, they joined the Board of Governors at Victoria College (Belfast) in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategy & Country Manager for Ireland at Nordic Global, starting in 2023.

Claire Staple attended Imperial College London from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Health Leadership. Prior to that, they studied at Queen's University Belfast from 1998 to 2000, earning a Certificate of Professional Legal Studies. Claire also received a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Queen's University Belfast from 1995 to 1998.
