Andy Lee

Andy Lee is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in reliability, application, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Nordic Semiconductor since January 2025, Andy previously held key positions at CrayoNano, where responsibilities included Application Engineering Manager and Process Engineering Manager. Andy's experience also encompasses a role as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Luminit Light Shaping Diffusers, overseeing the development and manufacturing of optical components. Prior positions include Process Engineer at AGC Glass Europe, Manufacturing Engineer at ClearEdge Power, Technical Support and Field Engineer at Second Wind Inc., and Municipal Engineer with the Peace Corps. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, obtained in 2005.
