Rune Presthus

Rune Presthus's work experience begins in 2014 at Danske Bank, where they worked as a Saksbehandler and later as a Kunderådgiver. In 2018, they became a Politisk rådgiver for Trøndelag Høyre. From 2015 to 2019, Rune served as a Bystyremedlem (H) at Trondheim kommune. In 2019, they joined Search House AS as a Research Manager, specializing in executive search and selection. Currently, Rune is working at Nordic Semiconductor as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Rune Presthus completed their Master's degree in Økonomi og Administrasjon, Siviløkonom from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Økonomi og Administrasjon, Økonom from BI Norwegian Business School, from 2011 to 2014. Rune also holds additional certifications in the Hogan Assessment System from Hogan Assessments and the Cut-e personality and ability test from cut-e Norge, an Aon company. The obtained dates for the certifications are not provided.
