Mikael Furu

Mikael Furu has extensive experience in the industrial sector, primarily with Nordkalk Corporation since May 2006. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of the Quicklime Division and EVP for Nordkalk Northern Europe, Mikael has held various senior roles including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer. Prior positions include Sales Director for both North East Europe and Region Scandinavia, as well as Sales and Marketing Director in the Metals and Mining Division. Mikael's earlier career includes a stint as Sales Manager at both Nordkalk Corporation and Metso Paper, and a role as Product Manager at Metso Paper. Mikael holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Process Technology from Åbo Akademi University, awarded in 2002.
