Michael Bühring has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as VD and COO at Nordrest since September 2015, responsible for restaurant operations across all segments with a budgetary oversight of approximately 500 million. Prior to Nordrest, Michael held various leadership roles at Fazer from October 2007 to September 2015, where responsibilities included operational management and strategic development in Sweden. Michael also served as Regionchef, overseeing the performance and budget of regional contracts, driving sales and revenue goals through employee engagement. Earlier experience includes positions at Compass Group, McDonald's, STOCKHOLM FISK RESTAURANT AB, Silja Hotel Ariadne, and Euroway, complemented by education from Mc Donald’s Business School and various managerial training programs.
