Currently, Ben serves as the Mechanical Engineering and Factory Manager, Sr Engineering Project Manager, Project Manager, Technology Development Project Manager, Senior Application Engineer, and Lab Manager, overseeing engineering projects and leading teams to improve Critical To Quality CTQ characteristics important to their customers.
