Ferdinand Schmid

Ferdinand Schmid has a strong background in the field of IT, with extensive experience in various roles and companies. Ferdinand began their career at Siemens as a Software Developer in 1991. Later, they joined Architectural Energy Corporation/United Technologies Corporation as a Staff Engineer, where they excelled in improving the quality of test results through automation and software development. Ferdinand then progressed to the role of Senior Engineer and eventually became an IT Manager, introducing monitoring systems and evaluating technologies for the company's IT projects.

In 2014, Ferdinand transitioned to NORESCO, where they started as an IT Manager. Ferdinand played a significant role in the company's digital technology, providing guidance on software architecture, cybersecurity, and digital solutions. Later, they were promoted to the position of Director of IT, taking on responsibilities for budgets, staff, and technical leadership.
