Michelle Alexander

Michelle Alexander is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in lower school administration. Currently serving as the Lower School Director at Norfolk Academy since July 2019, Michelle has previously held the position of Head of Lower School at Cannon School from July 2010 to June 2019, and served as the Director of Diversity Programs and Community Outreach at The Seven Hills School from August 2005 to June 2010. Michelle holds a Master of Education in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Psychology from Middlebury College.
