Lucy Major possesses extensive experience in workforce and resource development within the public housing sector, currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at NRHA since September 2017, while simultaneously fulfilling the role of Resource Development Manager since January 1993 at the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority. In these positions, Lucy Major focuses on identifying, developing, and managing grant funding sources for public housing projects, as well as creating internship opportunities and enhancing staff engagement with grant funding agencies.
