Sarah Jancot MRICS has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Sarah started their career at Groupe Amilton in 2011 as an Equity Research Analyst, specializing in small and mid-cap stocks. Sarah then moved to BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2012, where they participated in a Rotation Program focused on Investment and Corporate Advisory.

In 2014, Sarah joined Norges Bank Investment Management as part of the Real Estate Investment team in the Paris office market. During their tenure, they gained extensive experience as an Investment Manager in the Global Logistics Investment Team. Sarah played a crucial role in executing more than 50 transactions, totaling approximately $5 billion. Sarah'sresponsibilities included acquisitions, dispositions, core and value-add deals, asset and share deals, recapitalizations, and more. Additionally, they handled asset management tasks such as business plan review, strategic operational assessment, financing, major leasing, capital projects, development, sustainability, and ESG initiatives.

In 2008 to 2010, Sarah attended preparatory classes for the entrance competitive exams to the top French Business Schools ("Grandes Ecoles").
