Thomas Moen Solem

Thomas Moen Solem is a consultant at Avo Consulting since August 2024 and serves as a board member of Norges Basketballforbund, where Thomas Moen also leads the Youth Committee, focusing on enhancing youth engagement and recruitment in sports. Previous experience includes roles as a data analyst and summer intern at Yara International, and an intern in business consulting at NTT DATA DACH. Thomas held the position of marketing manager for the Studentlekene Bergen Challenge from April 2021 to April 2023, successfully coordinating a large sports event for students. Additionally, Thomas worked as a kitchen assistant at Oslo universitetssykehus from June 2018 to August 2022. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
