Roland Henrar

Roland Henrar is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors with extensive experience in medical affairs and business development. Currently serving as Global Senior Director of Medical Affairs and Interim Global Medical Director at Norgine since March 2019, Roland has previously held several senior roles within the company, including Medical Director for the Netherlands and Global Medical Advisor. As the founder of Biopharma Island Ventures since October 2011, Roland has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Past positions include Director of Global Oncology Business Development at INC Research and various leadership roles at NDDO Oncology and EORTC New Drug Development Office. Roland holds an MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management and a Pharm.D. from the University of Amsterdam.
