Declan Guerin

Declan Guerin's work experience includes being the Chief Financial Officer of Norican Group since November 2020. Declan is also the Director / NED of DISA India Limited, a subsidiary of Norican Group, since January 2020. Declan was a Non-Executive Director / Trustee at Roffey Park Institute from April 2020 to September 2023. Declan has served as a Non-Executive Director of Omnium Investment Platform from January 2014 to June 2021. Prior to that, Declan held various roles at Rolls-Royce, including Group Chief Restructuring Officer from January 2018 to June 2020 and Chief Financial Officer, Marine Division, from May 2015 to December 2017. Declan was also the Chief Financial Officer of MacGregor from August 2013 to April 2015 and Vice President of Business Development and M&A at MacGregor from January 2013 to August 2013. Before joining MacGregor, Declan worked at Cargotec Corporation, Caterpillar Logistics Services, Relaystar NV, and Deutsche Post AG in finance and leadership roles.

Declan Guerin's education history includes multiple degrees and programs. In 1987, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the Technological University of the Shannon at Athlone Institute of Technology. From 1990 to 1992, they pursued a Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) degree from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In 2001, they attended INSEAD, where they studied Competitive Strategy. In 2011, they participated in the Lausanne Leadership Program at IMD. In 2012, they completed the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) program at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Lastly, in 2016, they attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford for the Columbus Leadership Academy.
