Mette Rubak Kaarsbo

Mette Rubak Kaarsbo has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Mette currently holds the position of CPO and Head of Business Development at Norican Group, where they are responsible for strategic sourcing, category management, and sustainable procurement. Mette has also held previous roles at Norican Group, including CPO and Design to Value Program Manager, and CPO and SVP Strategic Sourcing.

Before joining Norican Group, Mette worked at Gruber A/S as a Non Executive Board Member, and at GEA Group as the Head of Project Supply Chain EMEA North Procurement. At GEA Group, they successfully implemented the One GEA strategy and managed an international organization.

Prior to GEA Group, Mette served as the EVP Global Product Management, Marketing, and CSR at DLH Group, where they were responsible for group marketing and global product management. Mette also launched DLH's core product portfolio through global and regional product managers.

Earlier in their career, Mette held positions at Norican Group as the Director of Program Management, overseeing the merger and integration program, and at DISA group as a Program Manager. Mette also worked at DISA Industries A/S as a Product Manager and Project Coordinator, and at DANIDA/Project Assessment Services as a Consultant.

Mette began their career at Maersk Line as a Manager of Market Development, where they conducted market analysis and customer service duties. Throughout their career, Mette has gained experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, project management, marketing, and market development.
